We are a full-service HR consulting company. For small companies, we can serve as your HR department. For larger companies, we can help with one-time, specialized projects in collaboration with your own HR department. We may be able to provide all of the services you need. However, in those cases where another company can do the job better, faster, or more cheaply than we can, we'll be happy to arrange that support as well with companies we trust. Whether you need one-time specialized assistance or end-to-end HR outsourcing, Venture HRO can help.

ABOUT Penny Miller, SPHR, CEBS

Penny Miller, SPHR, CEBS, brings over 25 years experience as a Human Resource professional in varied environments.

During her career as an Air Force officer, Penny had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions, applying HR techniques under many different situations and circumstances. Since her departure from the military, she has continued her career in executive search and corporate HR. She currently leads Venture HRO, LLC, specializing in providing HR services and consulting to small business.

Penny is recognized for her HR expertise. She has a Masters in Management from Troy State University and completed certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 1997. In 2010 she completed all requirements for the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist program (CEBS).

She writes a column on HR issues in the monthly Biz2Biz news magazine, published by the Times Record News and is an adjunct instructor, teaching management courses for Wayland Baptist University and Midwestern State University.

A graduate of Leadership Wichita Falls, Penny serves on a variety of City Boards and Commissions and on non-profit boards.
